How it works
Five steps, one project owner. You approve at every gate β we handle everything in between, and everything that happens in China while your goods are in flight.
Send us your list
Product links, supplier contacts, quantities and your destination β as rough or as detailed as you like. If you only have a product idea and no factory, say so; procurement support starts here. What you get back: a realistic view of what is available, what MOQ applies, and which shipping route fits your deadline.
You decide: proceed, or change the plan. No commitment at this stage.
Supplier verification & payment
Before anything is paid, we confirm the supplier exists and matches its claims β business licence, trading history, capacity, and where required an on-site audit with a written report. If you need it, we settle the RMB payment on your behalf. What you get back: a confirmation note and, if you asked, an audit report you can file.
You decide: release payment, or walk away. No fees for walking away.
Goods arrive at our warehouse
Your suppliers deliver to our China address β free, because it is our building. We receive against your PO, count cartons, check condition and packaging, photograph everything, and flag any discrepancy the same day. What you get back: a receiving report with photos and a live stock record you can check any time.
Your goods are now: in a real warehouse, under our control, with 180 days of free storage.
Photo & quantity check, then ship
We photograph the goods against your order β you see the actual items before they leave China. Then we consolidate everything into the most efficient shipment: merged by destination, repacked to cut volumetric weight, labelled, palletised and documented. What you get back: photos, a packing list and the final shipping quote with every charge itemised.
You decide: approve the shipment, or request changes while the goods are still here.
Door to door, and we keep watching
We ship by the mode that matches your deadline and budget β sea, air, rail or express, DDP where available so there is nothing to pay on arrival. You get full tracking. After delivery we follow up on any claims, returns or repeat orders. What you get back: tracking, a delivery confirmation, and one point of contact for whatever comes next.
What keeps you here: we would rather quote your next order honestly than win one shipment badly.
Four gates. Nothing moves without your yes.
Most import problems happen because a decision was made for the client by someone who did not have to live with the consequences. These are the four places you say yes.
Release payment
You approve the supplier and the price before funds move. Not satisfied with the verification? Nothing is paid.
Accept the goods
Photos and counts land in your inbox. Short or wrong goods get resolved while they are still in our warehouse.
Approve the quote
Final freight, duty and handling, itemised. Shipping is not booked until you approve that number.
Confirm delivery
We check the shipment arrived as documented. Any discrepancy is raised on our side, not left for you to discover.
How long it actually takes
Working estimates, not marketing promises. Weather, customs holds and peak season all add time β and we will always give you the realistic window rather than the optimistic one.

What can go wrong, and who fixes it
Every forwarder claims everything goes smoothly. Here is what actually happens sometimes, and where the responsibility sits. Read this before you place an order with anyone, us included.
| What happens | How we reduce the risk | Who absorbs the cost |
|---|---|---|
| Supplier ships short or wrong goods | PO confirmed in writing before payment; goods counted and photographed on receipt against your PO | Us β we chase the supplier and make it right or credit you |
| Goods damaged in transit | Photographed before loading; strengthened packing for sea; insurance offered on all modes | Insurer, with us handling the claim end to end |
| Customs holds the shipment | Documents checked before booking; DDP used where possible so we are the importer of record | Us β we resolve the hold; you do not chase it yourself |
| Cargo turns out to be restricted | We ask what is inside before booking; you declare honestly; illegal goods are refused upfront | Not us β we decline before you commit, so you never pay to find out |
| Port congestion delays sailing | Alternative ports and routings quoted as options when we see the backlog | Shared risk β nobody controls this, but we tell you early rather than late |
| Freight rate rises after you quote | Rates re-confirmed in writing at booking with validity dates | Us β we absorb the difference on confirmed shipments |
