JM LogisticsWarehouse & Freight

Three kinds of customer. Three different problems.

A seller, a wholesaler and an importer all say "I need to move goods out of China", and they need completely different things. Find yours below.

For e-commerce sellers

Sell on Amazon or Shopify without living in China

You have the orders. What you lack is someone in China who can receive from the factory, hold the stock and send it out as orders arrive.

That is a warehouse with staff in it, not a shipping broker. We label your stock to platform requirements, keep it organised, and dispatch single parcels or restock containers on your schedule.

What we handle

  • Dropshipping β€” you pass us the order, we pick, pack and ship the customer
  • FNSKU labelling β€” applied and verified before inbound
  • FBA restock β€” timed to arrive before you run out
  • Multi-platform β€” Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, Temu, WooCommerce
  • Parcel consolidation β€” merge many supplier parcels into one cheap shipment
The mistake we see most. Sellers arrange factory-to-FBA shipping before they have checked the goods. By the time Amazon opens the box, the labelling is wrong and the fee is charged anyway. Send stock to our warehouse first. We check it, label it, then ship β€” costs a few days, saves the fee.

For wholesalers & distributors

Buy from five factories, receive one container

Every supplier has its own MOQ, its own factory and its own idea of what "urgent" means. Without a consolidation point you pay five separate freight bills and chase five different schedules.

We give you one address, one receiving record and one shipment. You can buy small from each supplier β€” because consolidation means your total volume decides the freight rate, not each individual purchase.

What we handle

  • Mixed-container consolidation β€” several suppliers into one 20GP/40GP
  • LCL for smaller volumes β€” when a full container does not make sense
  • Volume measurement & reporting β€” live CBM so you know what you have
  • Repacking & palletising β€” protected for sea transit, sized for your warehouse
  • Seasonal storage β€” hold stock over the off-season at no cost for 180 days
Real example of the saving. Five suppliers, each shipping 2 CBM separately to the EU, pay roughly five LCL minimums plus five origin handling fees. The same 10 CBM consolidated into one 40HQ of general cargo is frequently 30–45% cheaper in total β€” and you get one bill, one tracking number and one delivery date.
Container loading photo goes here A photo of goods going into a container is the single most persuasive image for a wholesaler.
Decisive argument Show the total-volume logic. Wholesalers decide on cost per delivered CBM, not per carton.
For importers & brand owners

One party accountable for the whole order

You are dealing with a factory, a payment method, a warehouse and a forwarder. When something goes wrong, all four point somewhere else.

We sit across all four. We confirm the supplier is real and trading before you pay, settle the RMB, receive and check the goods against your PO, consolidate with anything else in flight, and deliver to your door on a single agreed term. If it is our fault, it is our job to fix.

What we handle

  • Supplier verification β€” business licence, capacity, trading history, factory audit
  • RMB payment settlement β€” for factories that will not take foreign transfers
  • Receiving & photo QC β€” count, condition and packaging documented against your PO
  • Compliance pre-check β€” restricted goods flagged before loading, not after arrival
  • DDP door to door β€” landed cost agreed before you commit
Our commercial position, in writing. We do not take commission from suppliers. Our fee comes from you. If we negotiate a better price from your factory, you keep the saving β€” it costs us nothing to pass it on and it is the only arrangement that keeps us on your side.
Audit report sample goes here Show a page of an actual supplier audit report. Importers want proof, not a promise.
Why this converts Importers buy risk reduction. An evidence sample answers the question before they ask it.

Tell us your situation, we will place you

Four questions. That is usually enough for us to tell you which service fits and what it should cost. If we are not the right fit, we will say that too.

1. What are you buying?

Physical product, or sourcing help? This decides whether logistics or procurement comes first.

2. Where to?

Destination country or port. Sets the route, the DDP eligibility and the duty situation.

3. By when?

Deadline decides everything. A restock date and a showroom launch are very different problems.

4. Anything restricted?

Battery, magnet, liquid, wood, powder. Worth flagging early β€” it changes what is possible.
