Track your shipment
Enter your tracking or reference number. If you do not have it, send us the order details and we will look it up.
Why scans sometimes look stale
Carrier tracking updates can lag 24β72 hours behind reality. This is especially true for sea freight, where the vessel moves daily but the carrier uploads a scan only at port milestones, and during customs holds, where no scan is generated at all.
If a shipment has been quiet longer than that, contact us and we will check it directly rather than relying on the carrier feed.
Statuses you may see
- Received at warehouse β goods checked in, counted and photographed
- Consolidating β being packed with other shipments
- Booked / Picked up β collected by the carrier
- On the water / in the air β main-leg transit
- Customs clearance β under review at destination
- Out for delivery / Delivered
Before you go live. This page is wired for the tracking API but not yet connected.
See
DEPLOY.md β section "Connect the tracking form" β for the three ways to wire it up
(carrier API, tracking-platform redirect, or manual lookup). Until then the form shows a demo notice,
which is safer than shipping a broken tracker to clients.
